Are your products authentic?
Yes. We source through official European distribution and every product is CPNP registered for sale in the EU. No grey imports, no parallel trade.
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 15:00 on a working day leave the same day. In the Netherlands your parcel usually arrives the next working day, in Belgium within 2 to 3 working days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as it is on its way.
What does shipping cost?
Netherlands: €6,95, free from €40. Belgium: €6,95, free from €40. Other EU countries: €12,95. The exact amount is always shown before you pay.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You can change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order. Skincare is a hygiene product, so items with a broken seal cannot come back. Something damaged, faulty or wrong is never your cost: email us a photo and we replace or refund it. All details are on our returns page.
Where do I start if I'm new to Korean skincare?
With three steps: a gentle cleanser, a moisturizer and a daily sunscreen. That covers the basics. Once your skin is used to it, add one treatment for the concern you care about most, and give it four to six weeks before you judge it.
How do I know which product suits my skin?
Start from your concern, not from a brand. Every concern page groups the formulas made for it, and every product page tells you what's inside, what it does, who it's for and what it won't do.
Is Korean skincare suitable for sensitive skin?
Often, yes. Many Korean formulas are built around calming ingredients such as centella and heartleaf. Every skin is different, though, so check the full ingredient list on the product page and do a patch test before first use.
Do you ship outside the Netherlands and Belgium?
Yes, to all EU countries for €12,95, usually within 3 to 7 working days.
